AI / Machine Learning Engineers
- You live for pattern recognition, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling
- Experience with LLMs, geospatial data, and training AI on historical datasets is a major plus
Full Stack Developers
- Build and scale the platform infrastructure, data dashboards, and user interfaces
- Familiar with map APIs, data layers, and real-time backend systems
- Bonus if you’ve worked on GIS or Earth-science platforms
Data Scientists & Analysts
- Work with a treasure trove (literally) of historical records, topographical data, ship logs, mineral scans, and field notes
- Help make sense of it all — and build the layers that point the world where to dig
Project Manager / Product Owner
- You’ve wrangled devs, deadlines, and vision before — and you’re comfortable shaping chaos into clarity
- Experience in fast-growth tech or startups is gold (so is a passion for discovery)
AI Visionaries & Research Leads
- Help architect how we apply large-scale data sets to solve mysteries people once thought unsolvable
- If you’ve got academic or practical experience with geological modeling, predictive discovery, or AI ethics — we want you
Creative Explorers (Bonus Roles)
- Historians, archivists, metal detectorists, marine researchers — if you have unique knowledge or real-world field experience, let’s talk
